Get your best friend of x amount of years, dim the lights, put on a slow song from that era and see how long you last before geeking out- may I recommend songs like Monica 'For You I Will', Boyz II Men, 'Ill Make Love to You', All-4-One 'I Can Love You Like That' for a true nostalgic uncomfortable feel. Then ...revel in the greatness of this 'Pong Prom' video. Ah, this is borderline amazing.
