360 Degrees of Glory.
Sony PM5K – better known as Bloggie.
If you’ve ever been to Epcot and visited the countries of Canada and China - you know they have pretty sweet 360 videos of the lands played on loop. How cool would it be to have the tools to create your own? Well, Sony has made it possible with ease.
As a huge fan of pocket camcorders (I've bought more of these as gifts than any other tech product - beating out my router house warming gift ten fold). I continue to rave about them as a personal must. And since they’ve been out for a few years the assortment has grown, the prices have dropped and the advancements have increased.
Now, the Sony HD Bloggie becomes one to look at. Not only can it take 5MP stills it's the first equipped with a fisheye lens accessory that can rotate 270 degrees – allowing you to capture 360 degrees of footage with the included software. For under $200 bucks (and prices on these camcorders always drop) its exciting that we keep seeing upgrades in these compact devices.
